DATE OF INCIDENT: September 3, 2014 / September 9, 2014
LOCATION: Maxine St. @ 300 block / W. Main St. @ 1600 block
SUSPECT: PARKER, Anthony Gilbert 22 years old
PARKER, Leon William 21 years old
VICTIM: DIXON, Kenyae 22 years old

On Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at approximately 9:52 p.m. the Barstow Police Department Dispatch Center received a call from several residents in the area of the 300 block of Maxine Street, in the City of Barstow, reporting a disturbance between several subjects.
Officers arrived at the location and contacted the victim at a residence in that area. The victim reported that Anthony Parker and Leon Parker came to her residence and were yelling and banging on the door. According to the victim, she and Leon Parker had a past dating relationship and also have a 2 year old child together.
The victim reported she no longer has a relationship with Leon Parker, but on this date she had a male friend at her residence and both Anthony and Leon Parker came to the residence and assaulted her. The victim received injuries as a result of the assault, but did not require medical attention.
Anthony Parker was arrested near the location of the initial incident for battery, but Leon Parker had fled prior to officers arriving at the location.
On Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at approximately 12:16 a.m. Officer Monte Franklin located Leon Parker in the 1600 block of West Main Street and placed him under arrest for the incident on September 3, 2014 on Maxine Street. Leon Parker was also found to have an active arrest warrant for PC 273.5(a) Domestic Violence.
Leon Parker was booked at the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Jail in Barstow for the active arrest warrant and for the new charge of Domestic Violence.
