 UPDATE:

On February 9, 2015 the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office issued warrants for the arrest of Anthony Lott Jr. and Eric Lemus for the listed charges in this investigation. Detectives with the Barstow Police Department coordinated with detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Special Enforcement Division in locating Anthony Lott Jr. and Eric Lemus. 

On February 9, 2015 Detectives with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Specialized Enforcement Division located Anthony Lott walking on Auburn Road in the City of Adelanto. The detectives intercepted Lott as he turned south on New Hampshire Road and began walking in the direction of Casaba Road and Vintage Road. Anthony Lott was arrested without incident. Lott was later booked at the San Bernardino County High Desert Detention Center for his outstanding warrant. 
 
On February 10, 2015 Detectives with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Specialized Enforcement Division conducted further investigation into the location of Eric Lemus. Their investigation led them to another address for Lemus in the City of Compton, CA. The Detectives conducted surveillance on Lemus’ residence in Compton and later located him walking out of the residence. Lemus was taken into custody without incident. Lemus was later booked at the San Bernardino County West Valley Detention Center for his outstanding warrant. 

On February 11, 2015 Detective Griego interviewed both Lott and Lemus at the jail. Anthony Lott admitted his involvement in the incident.
