On Wednesday, January 13, 2016, at approximately 1:00 P.M., a citizen called Barstow Police Detective, Leo Griego and reported that Gregory Jackson had threatened to stab or shoot her boyfriend inside her residence in the 600 block of Agnes Drive.  Barstow Police Department Officers responded to the residence and set-up a perimeter.
