Officer Laing contacted the two occupants of the vehicle and immediately recognized the driver to be Robert Garcia, AKA “LIL ROB”, who was wanted by the Barstow Police Department for attempted murder. The passenger of the vehicle was identified as Stevie Santos, a resident of Barstow.
