SUMMARY:

 

On September 27, 2017, at approximately 1:13 A.M., Barstow Police Dispatch Center received a call regarding people trespassing at the Desert Palace Inn, located at 2980 East Main Street.

 

On September 18, 2017, personnel from the City of Barstow Building Department determined the building was unsafe to occupy and posted red “no trespassing” signs throughout the property prohibiting anyone from entering.

 

Corporal Arthur arrived at the location and found (2) two people on the property. He identified them as Crystal Jackson and Michael Hundley.

 

Corporal Arthur placed Jackson and Hundley under arrest and transported them to the Barstow Police Department for processing. 

 

Jackson and Hundley were booked at the Barstow Police Department for PC 602(m) – Trespassing.
