title only and waive the full reading.

acceptance of the Barstow: Re-roof Al Vigil Swim Center Project (Project No.
2008-06), transfer $2,910.03 from the un-programmed fund for the project and
that a Notice of Completion be filed and recorded with the San Bernardino
County Recorder's Office.

OF REPLACEMENT VEHICLES - RESOLUTION
Recommended Action: 1.
Authorize the purchase of these vehicles from Downtown Ford. 2. Adopt a
resolution approving a financing agreement with SunTrust Corporation in the
amount of $158,669.88, payable over a 3 year period at an interest rate of
4.95% 3. Increase estimated revenue and
