The CEDD has regularly scheduled meetings each Thursday (excluding holidays) to meet with developers. the meetings typically include the CEDD Director, City Planner, Building Official and Engineer. The meetings are scheduled from 9:00 am to Noon upon appointment only. To schedule a meeting, contact Mike Massimini via email or telephone, or Heidy Riley, Personal Assistant to Community and Economic Development, at (760) 255-5152.
Anyone wishing to start a business, expand an existing business, operate a business from their home, modify their home, or develop a new building should start with the City's Planning Division to confirm zoning and entitlement requirements.
