The Engineering Division of the Community Development Department is responsible for implementing the City’s Capital Improvement Program. Work includes project management, construction surveying, engineering design, technical oversight and review, construction drawings, contract preparation and administration, documentation during construction, quality assurance and inspection related to capital improvements, encroachment permits on the public right of way, and development entitlement. In addition, Engineering staff are responsible for drainage and sewer master planning, pavement management, record drawings management, transportation permits, and utility coordination.

Days and Hours of Operation
Monday -Thursday 7:30am -5:30pm
Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
