Report illegal dumping and receive a reward. The hotline number for reporting is WeTip at 1-800-78-CRIME (800) 782-7463.  You can report illegal dumping anonymously on weeknights, weekends and holidays.
 
If illegal dumping is in progress, in the City, call the City of Barstow Police Department at 769-256-2211 and in the County call the Sheriff's Department at 760-256-4841.
