RE: NOTICE TO BUSINESSES AND RESIDENTS THAT APPROXIMATELY 2.6 MILES OF ROAD SOUTH OF THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS DRIVEWAY EXTENDING 400 YARDS SOUTH WILL BE CLOSED – MARCH 30TH AND APRIL 6TH FROM 6:00AM TO 3:30PM

Dear Business Owner/Manager:

This letter is to inform you of the upcoming Flex Cape Seal Project to take place on the Outlet Center Drive. This project will take place in two phases:

• The first phase is scheduled to begin on March 30^{th at approximately 6:00am and will be completed at 3:30pm.}

^{• The second phase begins on April 6th at approximately 6:00am and will be completed at 3:30pm.}

^{During these two days, MARCH 30TH and APRIL 6TH, the road will be closed in both directions to vehicular traffic. This will ensure that the City’s contractor can safely and efficiently perform their work. There will be heavy construction equipment and construction crews working on the roadway in this area. Please bear with us for the duration of the two days for this project so when completed we can all enjoy the benefits.}

^{Access to your business will remain unobstructed off of Lenwood Road. Also, please encourage your employees and patrons to use the Lenwood Road On and Off Ramps during these two days.}
