The main lobby of City Hall will open to the public on Monday, June 1. The City of Barstow asks the public to be mindful of COVID-compliant considerations while in the lobby, including wearing a mask and maintaining social distance. Operating hours will be Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
City employees are also available by email and telephone by calling 760-256-3531, Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
All other City buildings will be closed to the public which include the Fire Department Administration, the Public Works Yard, the Waste Water Treatment Plant, the Harvey House, the Cora Harper Center and the Robert Sessions Sports Park. Open air parks will remain open to the public.

- Barstow Courthouse: Beginning May 29, San Bernardino Superior Court will gradually reopen with modified service hours from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Face coverings and social distancing are required. More information HERE.
- Dignity Station Warming and Cooling Center is closed until further notice.
- The Mojave River Valley Museum is closed until further notice.
All Parks and Recreation activities including Tot Time are cancelled until further notice. Those residents that pre-paid registration can contact the Recreation Department at (760) 255-5215 to request a refund or credit.
